Yuji Shimomura (下村勇二 Shimomura Yuji) (born 1972) is a Japanese action director. He works in both the feature film and video game industry. He is a member of U'Den Flame Works, a stunt coordination company. He started his career as a stuntman with Kurata Action Club. He later studied under Donnie Yen
