Biography
Daniel D. Lopez is an American indie film director, writer, and actor, best known for his work on "Max Payne: Perdition," the most awarded Max Payne fan film ever made. A native New Yorker, he was raised in a close knit, Catholic, all-American household, an upbringing he greatly cherishes. As a child, his passion for reading, writing, and mimicry set the stage for his entry into filmmaking. "Max Payne: Perdition" is his first feature film, praised for its introspective exploration of the protagonist's trauma and high production value. Daniel's voice impersonation of the late James McCaffrey (Max Payne's voice actor) won the Oniros "Best Voice Over" award and was hailed by fans as sounding very close to McCaffrey's iconic voice.
