Biography
An entirely self-taught editor, Suzanne started out working on corporate films, including those for FTSE 100 packaging giant Rexam plc. She followed this by making several films for chef Michel Roux for his Michelin-starred restaurant Le Gavroche, gaining over 200,000 YouTube views. She also cut a live multi-cam film of celebrated author William Boyd in performance. Since 2020 she has authored the passion project film series Invisible Women, a no-budget labour of love in which she looked at the work of eight different film editors from the silent days to contemporary cinema, featuring such respected contributors as film directors Peter Bogdanovich and John Madden, and editors like Mick Audsley, Steve Rotter and Paul Rogers. The feature compilation, Invisible Women, featuring the best of the eight films and more besides, won Best Documentary at the New York Independent Women Film Festival in 2026.
