Cole Micek is a Filipino-American actor, model, and professional 3x3 basketball player. Born and raised just north of Los Angeles, he started shooting hoops when he was only 2 years old. Although basketball and academics were always top priority, Cole envisioned himself breaking into the entertainment industry when the time was right. He dates his passion for acting back when he did Shakespeare plays in elementary school.
Cole signed a contract with Wilhelmina Models in 2017 and was able to balance his work while being a full time student-athlete throughout his college years. After playing one year of junior college basketball at Moorpark College, Cole accepted a full ride scholarship to play at the University of St. Francis in Joliet, Illinois. The team captain and leading scorer graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in psychology. He is a lifetime member of the Psy Chi Honors society.
Cole acted in his first commercial back in 2018 for Amazon Audible. He has also been featured in commercials for Ford, Theragun, Pokémon, Quay Australia, and Men's Wearhouse. Cole has headlined many great modeling campaigns which include clients like Hugo Boss, Guess, Disney, Kohl's, Men's Wearhouse, and Oliver People's.
He booked his first feature film, "And One" in the summer of 2021 and it is a project that he is tremendously passionate about. His film debut features him as the supporting role of Kobe Young in the faith based coming of age drama. Cole balances a lot professionally and attributes his recent success to his faith, work ethic, and having a strong support system. He is a big supporter of Asian representation in the media and is ecstatic to continue to build on his passion and love for acting and storytelling.
