Raghda Khairy is an Egyptian cinematographer based in Cairo. Born in Alexandria in 1995, she graduated from the Faculty of Arts & Design in 2019 and is currently studying cinematography at the High Institute of Cinema in Cairo.
Her work moves between still and moving images, with a strong focus on intimate spaces, emotional tension, and personal narratives. She began with photography before transitioning into motion picture, including a 16mm experimental self-portrait that marked a shift in her visual language.
Raghda has worked across film and advertising in Egypt and served as cinematographer on the short film Private. Her practice is shaped by a restrained aesthetic and a quiet intensity that explores connection, femininity, and interior worlds.
