Mina Asa (born November 2, 1947, in Nagano Prefecture, Japan) is a former Japanese actress. She entered the Toho Performing Arts School in 1965 and was affiliated with the Tokyo Actor’s Consumer’s Cooperative Society from 1969.
Asa appeared extensively in Japanese television from the 1970s onward, with roles in numerous dramas, including the NHK series Oshin (1984), Miotsukushi (1985), Nobunaga: King of Zipangu (1992), and Ohisama (2011). Her film credits include Pants no Ana: Honmoku Bay de Kuso Kurae (1990) and Supermarket Woman (1996).
In addition to acting, Asa worked as a dialect coach, providing guidance on the Shinshu dialect for productions including the NHK series Ohisama.
