Biography
Calla is an Irish actress known for her role in Lisa McGee’s Netflix series How To Get To Heaven From Belfast. A gifted performer with natural charm and strong storytelling ability, she brings depth and authenticity to every role. Calla graduated with a BA (Hons) in Musical Theatre from Italia Conti, London, in 2022. She made her professional debut that same year as Gerda in The Snow Queen at The Lyric Theatre Belfast, composed and directed by Paul Boyd. Her stage work includes Shakespeare’s Women, Mary Ann, The Forgotten Sister, I Am Maura, Tribe, and Érainn: A New Musical (Workshop). Her screen credits include The House That Was Not as Flora and The Sleep Experiment as the Girl. With her training, professionalism, and passion for storytelling, Calla continues to establish herself as a distinctive voice in contemporary Irish theatre and film.
