Rain Russell is a queer multidisciplinary designer, producer, and the founder of Lahat ng Bata, a social impact organization that uses arts and storytelling for youth development. Drawing on his background in UX design and marketing, he anchors storytelling and empathy to his work, from building community libraries to producing progressive children's literature, and now to filmmaking.
He is also a volunteer Community-Based HIV Screening Motivator trained under HIV & AIDS Support House (HASH), where they encourage and conduct free and confidential HIV screening, counseling, and linkage to care. Rain holds a degree in Multimedia Arts from De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde and is an alumnus of the Benilde Office of Culture and Arts Unit.
