Jeremías Abraham Sosa (b. Mendoza, Argentina, 2007) is an emerging audiovisual filmmaker deeply rooted in Mendoza’s cultural landscape. A lifelong cinephile, he is currently pursuing a degree in Audiovisual Production at Juan Agustín Maza University, where he has directed academic short films focused on drama and satire—genres he explores with a distinctive voice.
His work embraces a classical directing style marked by bold, saturated colors and Baroque visual richness, reflecting his literary influences: Cervantes, Shakespeare, and Tolstoy. Alongside his studies, he works professionally as a camera operator for television and government commercials in Mendoza, sharpening his technical expertise.
With an unwavering focus on aesthetic depth and narrative substance, Sosa represents Argentina’s new wave of filmmakers bridging classical tradition with local authenticity.
