Nyein Thaw (Burmese: ညိမ်းသော်; born Nyein Nyein Thaw on April 13, 1993, in Monywa, Myanmar) is a Burmese actor and model. He established himself in the entertainment industry through male pageantry and modeling before achieving wider recognition for his acting roles in film and television series. He is the second of five siblings and pursued a degree in Law at Monywa University before fully committing to his career in entertainment. He began his professional career in 2014 after joining John Lwin's Stars Int'l Models Agency. He quickly found success in modeling, winning the male model contest Mr. ASNI 2014. His modeling work included numerous commercial shows, runways, and appearances in TV commercials, which ultimately led to acting offers.
Nyein Thaw made a notable acting debut in the 2017 thriller film Nya (Night). The film was screened in Myanmar cinemas and became one of the country's highest-grossing films that year, earning him positive reviews and widespread recognition.
