Derek Valet is a DC area actor who discovered his passion and skill for acting in Spring of 2024. As soon as he sat down for his first class and was pushed to record a monologue in front of his peers and mentors he felt a spring of energy he had never felt before, and that energy poured out of every word and expression. Derek seeks to continue to develop this well of energy and hone his craft while continuing to meet the incredible people of the acting and filmmaking community. Derek is able to travel to NY, NJ, and PA on short notice and relentlessly pursues his goals with determination and professionalism.
