Biography
Nick Wilkinson's career in the entertainment industry began as a writer. His earlier experiences in the high-tech industry provided the inspiration for his first novel, Snakes and Ladders, published under the pen name of John Willins, and the recently completed sequel, Pay Day. Wilkinson added screenwriting to his resume with the pilot script and TV bible for Snakes and Ladders, an adaption of his two novels, and the pilot for Jimmy Hong, a gritty detective series set during the Korean War. After writing and and directing The Fast Track Program, a short film based upon his novels, he recently wrote and directed Death on the Brandywine, a whodunit political mystery. For his next project, he will direct Still Alive (and Kicking), a feel-good soccer comedy feature. Originally from England, and now a naturalized US citizen, Nick has also lived in Australia, and worked in many countries throughout the world.
