RJ Eckel (born October 26, 2002) is a writer and director from Bowling Green, Kentucky. Originally from Northwest Ohio, RJ went down to Bowling Green to study film at Western Kentucky University. From there, he plans to make a few more short films after graduating, all while building up to make a feature.
His previous works at Western Kentucky University are Hank & Death Go Fishing (2023), Kick in the Eye (2024), and his upcoming thesis film Witches' Rave (2025).
