Following his graduation from Bharatendu Natya Academy, a theatrical school, Kushal has been working in the acting industry regularly. He has performed in over 30 plays and over 100 street performances across several cities. In addition to acting, Kushal creates content for social media platforms and runs a YouTube channel. On social media his page "Theasstag" boasts over 10 million followers and subscribers. He and his very talented team use humor and comedy to create short films and sketch videos that address social concerns. In the 2020 Platinum Film of the Year category, The Asstag's short film "One and a Half Foot Man" has also won The India Film Project.
