Timothy Basil Flood was born in Connecticut. His mother is of Irish and Polish descent and his father is of an Irish descent.
He grew up in a family of 12 and appeared in plays in middle school and throughout high school. He attending St. Thomas More Academy High School in which he received two "Tomy" Awards for Best Leading Actor.
He has appeared in Morte (2024) and played supporting roles in Discovery Channel's Hustlers Gamblers Crooks Season 2 (2024) and FORMED's Littlest Saints Season 2 (2024), among other work.
