Biography
Natalya Zayakina is a Soviet and Russian theater and film actress, theater figure and teacher. She was born in the village of Skobeltsino, now the Arkharinsky district of the Amur region. Graduated from the Higher Theater School named after. B.V. Shchukin (1971). In 1972 – 1973 she worked at the Kirov Drama Theater. From 1973 to 2002 she worked in the city of Gorky: she served in the theater for young spectators, then in the Gorky State Academic Drama Theater named after. M. Gorky. After leaving the theater, she worked on local television as a presenter in the children's program “Eye-Diamond” on the Nizhny Novgorod TV channel “Network-NN” (1998-2006). From 2002 to 2016 she worked at the Moscow Lenkom Theater. She taught at the All-Russian State Institute of Cinematography. She has starred in more than 40 films and TV series, including: “My Fair Nanny”, “Silver Lily of the Valley-2”, “Code of Revenge-3”, “Voronins”, etc. She died in Moscow and was buried in Nizhny Novgorod, at the Maryina Roshcha cemetery.
