Tierra "TT" Frost is a Black queer filmmaker from Seattle, Washington, bringing a dynamic voice to contemporary storytelling. Her work explores the complexities of the human condition, centering themes of transformation, connection, and emotional impact, whether told through the lens of comedy, drama, or thriller. Tierra has worked across locations, production offices, and props departments on major productions including Matrix 4 and Netflix’s They Cloned Tyrone. As a Creative Director with Black Screen Productions, she contributed her writing skills to viral projects such as DDG’s Storyteller (3.3M+ views) and Kai Cenat’s Global Pursuit (20M+ views). Her independently written, directed, and produced films have screened at festivals including Tag! Queer Shorts, Black August, Queer Women of Color, and aired on Seattle’s Emmy-winning Black news network, Converge. She is a 2025 GLAAD Queer Creative Summit Co-hort Selectee and currently pursuing her MFA in Film Production with a Directing emphasis at Chapman University’s Dodge College. She was a Summer 2025 TV intern at JuVee Productions (Viola Davis, Julius Tennon) and now is a film production intern at MACRO.
