Julian R. Decker was born on October 10, 1991 in Erie, Pennsylvania, USA. He is an actor, singer and producer, known for his performances as Quasimodo in the stage musical version of Disney's The Hunchback of Notre Dame, as an understudy for the role in the 2014 La Jolla Playhouse and Paper Mill Playhouse productions and playing the role principally in the 2016 Tuacahn Center for the Arts production, as well as for being in the ensemble of the 2017 Broadway revival of Andrew Lloyd Webber's "Sunset Boulevard" and for his role as Harry Houdini in the musical audiobook "d'ILLUSION: The Houdini Musical." He made his screen acting debut on an episode of Season 2 of Investigation Discovery's "Evil Lives Here: The Killer Speaks" in 2025.
