Settling in Pittsburgh in 2005, Franklin enrolled at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, a pivotal move that paved the way for his future in the realm of creativity. In 2008, he graduated with a Bachelor's in Entertainment Design, marking the culmination of his academic pursuits.
Immersing himself in the vibrant tapestry of Pittsburgh, Franklin has made this city his home. He stands as a proud member of the Local IATSE 489 union, contributing his skills as a grip to feature films and TV shows that find their way to Pittsburgh. His behind-the-scenes expertise in the entertainment industry aligns seamlessly with his passion for storytelling.
