Victor Quach is a director/writer currently based in Oslo, Norway. Having been raised by immigrant parents from Vietnam, culture and diversity are core values for Quach. Quach has previously studied at the European Film College in Ebeltoft and is pursuing a career in his home country Norway. His debut short film "En Midnatts Vuggesang" was selected for The Norwegian Short Film Festival in Grimstad, Norway, where it had its world premiere.
