Caroline Friedman is a Baltimore-based Animator and Illustrator originally from Atlanta, GA. She attended the Maryland Institute College of Art, where she studied Animation. Her works span a variety of media and formats, from 2D and stop-motion animated films, children’s picture book illustration, and fine art. Her work strives to realize the beauty in the everyday, embracing imagination and childhood memories. She has developed her artist brand, Qmbied, selling merchandise and completing freelance projects. In 2026, she completed her thesis film "The Window Was Open on an April Afternoon."
