Biography
Gabriella D'Incecco is an emerging director, graphic designer, art director, and 3D artist specializing in independent cinema, production design, and experimental music video production. Her educational journey began in Abruzzo, where she attended the Liceo Artistico (Art High School) in Pescara, specializing in industrial design. She later earned a Bachelor’s degree in Production Design from the Academy of Fine Arts in L'Aquila. In the field of 3D computer graphics, Gabriella has highly specialized in 3D character design, focusing on the study of the human figure and bodily expressiveness. This research comes to fruition in her project "I feel good in my skin," which features a showcase of OG (Original Characters). In this series, the figures are not placed within a well-defined scenic space; instead, the focus shifts entirely to body language and their unique traits. Gabriella’s artistic approach deliberately avoids relying on the narrative power of traditional physiognomy, choosing instead to explore pure physical presence, digital anatomy, and subtle gestures as a vehicle for identity expression. Since 2023, she has embarked on an experimental path in directing. Her stylistic signature, inspired by psychological cinema, finds one of its highest expressions in music video directing.
