Joel Vicent Joseph popularly known as Mr Joel Joseph is a Tanzanian Artist/Talent Manager, singer and Songwriter born on 31 March 1985 in Arusha, Tanzania. He is known for managing artist from Tanzania such as Shetta and Harmonize who became top East African musicians. He has also released his debut song " Usiku Was Leo" in 2015 and "Party La Leo" where he got recognized in the music industry. In 2018, he was signed by the Tanzanian biggest label WCB Wasafi for managing the artist named Harmonize.
