Peter David Markham, Joe Scruggs' best friend and partner, is an American actor and entertainer who is famous for the voice of Farmer Pickles in the Bob the Builder series and Farmer Earl and Uncle Bob in the Barney & the Backyard Gang series. He is one of the co-founders of Shadow Play, along with Joe Scruggs.
