Rósa Björk is an Icelandic actress, musician and film & theater producer.
During her young adult life, she explored various acting techniques and followed her artistic inspirations throughout the world which led her to Jaqcues Lecoq’s theater school in Paris. She moved to New York City in 2019, where she trained at The American Academy of Dramatic Arts and received a degree in Associates of Arts. She is a part of the pop-duo heró and her first screenplay, Good Mourning, premiered in 2023.
The collaboration aspect of the arts is what drives Rósa and has led her to all these different projects, including but not limited to; teaching acting classes at Leynileikhúsið and Dýnamík Sviðslistaskóli, as well as vocal producing and co-writing with various singer/songwriters.
