Born in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Jesse was always involved in writing and art from an earlier age. As a teenager, he took interest in video production for his own enjoyment. He didn't make the choice to pursue filmmaking as a career until he coincidentally got involved in acting. It wasn't long after becoming an actor that he began screenwriting. His writing led to some local success and he worked in the Midwest film industry for a few years. In 2016, Jesse moved to Los Angeles, California. He began directing his own scripts in 2019.
