Biography
Amir Kheirmand, born June 29, 1979, in Iran, is a Swedish entrepreneur in advertising and communication who won Masterchef Sweden in 2014. He published the book "Världens bästa mat" in 2014 and has also published the books "Smart vardag" in 2014 and "Smart skräpmat" in 2015, together with Weight Watchers. Amir Kheirmand came to Västerås from Iran as an 11-year-old and started his first company when he was 17. In the spring of 2016, Kheirmand participated in the program "En tysk, en fransk och en human", which was broadcast on SVT. In 2011, his company was named Gazelle of the Year in Västmanland. He is also involved in Young Entrepreneurship in Västmanland. In 2015, he launched the brand Schysst Käk, a dinner concept with ready meals and accessories. Since 2014, he also runs the YouTube channel "Rätt Rätt", where he blind tests food products, various convenience foods and cooks, among other things. In 2020, Kheirmand participated in "Decenniets mästerkock", which was broadcast on TV4. Out of eight participants, he finished in eighth place and had to leave the competition first.
