Maryse Bergonzat has been making documentaries since the 1990s. After a degree in art history and a diploma in higher audiovisual studies at Toulouse Le Mirail University, she collaborated with Télévision Régionale which developed its programs in the 1980s.
Then, she produced documentaries for Arte, Thema, (Maurice and Katia Krafft - Au Rhythm of the Earth, Trois Jardiniers, Le Dimanche, Femmes d'Espagne), Cases Sciences et Découverte, etc.
For France Télévision, she signed Bonheur, Bal sur la Place, Habaneras, and the series Volcans, while collaborating with regional programs for short subjects. She collaborates with the Basque Magazine Xirrita (France 3) and continues to develop documentary film projects.
