Yinka Olorunnife was born January 30, 1990 in Lagos, Nigeria. At age 5 her family immigrated to Australia, then migrating again to Canada at age 13. Prior to her acting career, Yinka first made waves as a professional basketball player. She attended the University of Idaho on an athletic scholarship, then later went on to play in the top professional women's basketball leagues in Europe and Australia. In 2019 she was accepted into Identity Drama School of Acting (London, UK) and has since been working as a professional actress.
