Teisha Speight is an American actress best known for her work in TV and film. She has been performing since she was 11, initially within school-affiliated sports and marching band, then transitioning to the film industry. Over the course of her career in entertainment, she has appeared in a variety of projects ranging from regional and national commercials (Coca-Cola), to TV shows (including the Emmy-winning, FX show Atlanta), to feature films (most recently opposite an Oscar-winning actor).
Teisha has diligently trained and studied her craft since the moment she departed NC State University early to pursue acting full-time. The rising star relocated to Atlanta, GA to get a taste of the Hollywood of the South where she continues to train and work. Teisha has been cast in a number of diverse roles that highlight her ability to transform from the Lovable, Intelligent Student to a Developmentally, Disabled Mom and everything in between.
