Biography
Cate Elefante is a phenomenal young talent, leaving an indelible mark on both Broadway and the film industry. Cate made her Broadway debut in the heartwarming musical Waitress, portraying the endearing character "Lulu" under the direction of Diane Paulus from September 2016 to September 2017. Her exceptional performance captured the hearts of audiences and set the stage for her remarkable career. She continued to showcase her versatility in the iconic production of Les Misérables, where she portrayed both "Little Cosette" and "Young Éponine" during the Broadway National Tour from August 2018 to August 2019. Cate's magnetic presence extended to television, making a memorable appearance in the live production of Annie Live! on NBC, where she portrayed the character "Kate." On the silver screen, Cate showcased her acting prowess in the feature film The Greatest Ever, directed by Steve Grimaldi. Her role as "Rachel Waters" demonstrated her ability to bring depth and emotion to the characters she portrays. In the film A Mouthful of Air, Cate played the young version of "Julie," portrayed by Amanda Seyfried. Similarly, in Josie & Jack, she played the younger "Josie," played by Olivia DeJonge. Cate's television appearances go beyond the live productions, as she graced HBO Season 51 episodes of Sesame Street as herself and appeared in the Amazon series Dead Ringers as the character "Scout." As Cate Elefante continues to captivate audiences with her performances, her journey promises even more brilliance and memorable roles in the years ahead.
