Tanaseth Tulyathan is an independent film director, producer, and writer whose work explores displacement and the search for belonging through the lives of marginalized and underrepresented communities. He first gained recognition through music videos and commercials, with work recognized by the Atlanta Film Festival, SCAD Savannah Film Festival, the Emmys, the Telly Awards, and the UKMVA. His narrative short film, Morlam, premiered at the Newport Beach Film Festival, Shanghai International Film Festival, and Vancouver Asian Film Festival. He is currently developing his debut feature film, The Chameleon Woman, which has been selected for the Asian Project Market (BIFF), Produire au Sud SEA, and the TIFF Filmmaker Lab. He is also in post-production on two short films: Four Silver Bars, which he is directing and which received funding from the Thai Film Archive Short Film Grant; and Anastomose, his first short film as a producer in Thailand, which participated in the Purin Short Film Fund and received awards from the SGIFF Short Film Fund and the Thai Film Archive Short Film Grant.
