Eduard (Ed) van Thijn (Amsterdam, 16 August 1934 – Amsterdam, 19 December 2021) was a Dutch politician and administrator. On behalf of the Labour Party, he served as Minister of the Interior, member of the House of Representatives, Mayor of Amsterdam, and member of the Senate, among other positions.
