Jacob Hashem was born in Indiana and raised in Austin, Texas. His mother is a white American air force brat and college professor and his father is a middle eastern 2 time Olympian (4 if you count coaching) and retired banker. Growing up, Jacob played football and baseball, but acting has always been his passion. He has a bachelor's in psychology from Cal State Northridge and a RTVF degree from the University of North Texas.
