Snail (also referred to as 'Young Snail') is a shelled gastropod (/ˈɡæstrəpɒd/) who starred in Hong Sang-soo's short film thanking the Berlin International Film Festival for rewarding him the Silver Bear for Best Screenplay for his 2021 film 'Introduction'.
Snail was found a long time ago while Sang-soo and Kim Min-hee were on a walk around their estate. Snail was included as a small present to us all due to the hard times caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. Not much is known about Snail's life or its whereabouts today.
