Jimmy Ambriz is an American professional mixed martial artist who last competed in 2017. A professional competitor since 2001, Ambriz is a veteran of the WEC, Tachi Palace Fights, K-1 HERO'S, Pancrase, the MFC, DREAM, the Super Fight League, and King of the Cage. He is the former KOTC Super Heavyweight Champion.
