Biography
Ravi Sarma (Assamese: ৰবি শৰ্মা) is an Indian actor who works in the Assamese cinema.[1][2] He has starred in films like Hiya Diya Niya, Nayak, Iman Morom Kiyo Lage, Barood, Aami Asomiya Black N White (2023) etc. He is also a famous name in Assamese mobile theatre. Ravi Sarma has joined Bharatiya Janata Party on 2 August 2019.[4][5] He resigned from Bharatiya Janata Party to protest against the Centre’s move immediately after the Citizenship (Amendment) Bill, 2019, was tabled in the Lok Sabha on 9 December 2019.
