Kazumasa Katsura (桂 一雅, Katsura Kazumasa, born October 31, 1970) is a Japanese voice actor from Tokyo who is affiliated with Office PAC. He previously was affiliated with Gin Production, RME, and Production Ace. His hobbies include pottering and looking at dioramas.
