Biography
She started her career as a fashion model and a nude model in the late 1980s, appearing in most of the British adult magazines in the following years. In 1989 she made her first American appearance in Penthouse magazine under the name of Kirsten Stewart (December 1989 issue, as the Pet of the Month). She also appeared in Playboy magazine. According to IMDB, she was named by Amateur Photographer magazine as the "Face of '96". During her glamour modelling career, Imrie's measurements were reputed to be 36C-24-34 (91C-61-86 cm). In addition to numerous appearances in publications like The Sun, she also had a small role in the movie The Rainbow Thief with Peter O'Toole in 1990. In the late 1990s, she presented Sports Live with Kirsten Imrie on the UK cable television channel L!VE TV. In November 2000, an article in The Mirror newspaper reported that Imrie had been reduced to sleeping on park benches after her life was wrecked by alcohol and drug problems.[1] Although, by June 2001, she claimed in an interview with The People newspaper that she had managed to turn her life around, partly due to the support of the paper's readers.[2] In 2003, Imrie spoke about her homelessness and addiction problems in the UK television documentary The Curse of Page 3.
