Eugene Avon Anderson was an American professional wrestler best known as part of the Minnesota Wrecking Crew tag team, first with Lars Anderson and later with Ole Anderson. He was a key figure in the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA), American Wrestling Association (AWA), and Mid-Atlantic Championship Wrestling (MACW), winning multiple tag team championships. In 1975 and 1977, his team was named Tag Team of the Year by Pro Wrestling Illustrated. After retiring in 1985, he opened a wrestling school and worked as a deputy sheriff in North Carolina. He passed away in 1991 from a heart attack.
