Honoka Orihara, previously known as Mitsuki Akai, is a Japanese AV actress active since 2012. She debuted under the name Mitsuki Akai in May 2012 and changed her name to Honoka Orihara in May 2015. In July 2024, she announced on her Twitter account that she would be changing her name to Shion Nekomiya (猫宮紫音, Nekomiya Shion). Her hobbies include dancing and singing.
