Lieven-Mihkel Kärmas (born February 4, 1974) is an Estonian journalist.
He graduated from Gustav Adolf Grammar School and Tallinn University of Technology majoring in marketing and foreign economics.
Mihkel Kärmas works for the weekly newspaper Eesti Ekspress and hosts the tv show "Pealtnägija" on Estonian Television, which has been on the air every week since the fall of 1999.
