His recent feature Don’t Let the Cat Out (2025) premiered at Panic Fest and screened at FrightFest London, earning critical acclaim for its inventive mix of horror, comedy, and heart. Cruz also directed Ladybug (2024), a queer supernatural horror praised for its dreamlike and atmospheric style, as well as Tubi Originals The Final Rose and What Happens in Miami.
With a background in music videos and commercials for artists like Bruno Mars and Lady Gaga and brands including Google and Apple Music, Cruz brings a sharp visual style and emotional depth to every project.
