Phillip Ray Tommy is an actor, Independent Film maker, stunt performer and screen writer, living between Birmingham and London in the UK. He is the founder of the independent film production company "Phrato Cinematic Arts" from which he will be releasing his first feature film "Lotus", in the summer of 2025.
