Biography
Jessica 'Jessy' Greer is an American actress, comedian and writer. A native of Houston, Texas, Jessy Greer moved to Los Angeles in 2013 after being accepted to The American Musical and Dramatic Academy for the Performing Arts. With her outgoing personality and keen sense of humor, it was only natural that she’d dive into the LA comedy scene. In just a short amount of time, she racked up many performances in the Main Room at The Comedy Store, sharing the stage with big comics like Amy Schumer, Marc Maron, Margaret Cho, and more. In October of 2015, she graced the cover of Wallpaper Magazine, and went on to appear on Go90's new show, Prank School with Rahat. In 2016, she made her music video debut in Alex Da Kid's, "Not Easy" featuring Wiz Khalifa. Since her CoStar on CBS’s hit show, Criminal Minds (2017), she filmed for Crypt Tv’s, “Soot.” That summer (2018) she performed standup at The BiG Fire Comedy Festival in the Mojave Desert. Her Feature Film titled “818,” which she co-wrote and starred in, made its Festival rounds, having played at the 2018 Valley Film Fest, The Culver City Fest, and The 2019 Golden State Festival. She was also in Ryan Murphy’s Netflix Show, Hollywood (2020) and Allblk’s show, Gumbo (2021).
