Martha Frintzila (Greek: Μάρθα Φριτζήλα, born 7 April 1972) is a Greek singer, actress and director. She was born in Elefsina. She was a professor of acting at the Drama School of the National Theatre (2006–2012). She is the owner and manager of the Baumstrasse art and education space and the founder of the Attic School of Ancient Drama. She has collaborated with artists such as Maria Farantouri, Haris Alexiou, Eleftheria Arvanitaki, Tania Tsanaklidou, Lena Platonos, Mode Plagal, Nikos Xydakis, Thanasis Papakonstantinou, Phoebus Delivorias, Chainides and Michalis Grigoriou. As a director, she collaborated with the National Theatre, the University of Athens, the New World Theatre and the Poreia Theatre. Since 1993, she has worked as a professional actress at the National Theatre as well as in municipal and private theatres, staging performances of ancient, modern drama and musical theatre. Since 1999, she has been the director of the "Road with Trees" group, with which she staged Euripides' Ion, Rainer Maria Rilke's The Stranger, Marivaux's The Inheritance, Lyudmila Petrusevskaya's Eros and Sophocles' Ajax (Krateras 2003-6). She is a member of the Krateras art space and the Walter Testa Music Company. Since 1999, he has been teaching vocals and voice psychology to actors, singers, workshops and theater groups. In the summer of 2003, he appeared with the composer Th. Papakonstantinou in concerts in Greece and Cyprus. In 2007 - 2008, he appeared at METRO with the Kubara Project. In 2009, he collaborated with Tania Tsanaklidou at METRO and with Lena Platonos. In 2010, he toured with Haris Alexiou in Greece and Cyprus. In November of the same year, he appeared at Pallas with Eleftheria Arvanitaki and Tassis Christogiannopoulos in songs by Nikos Xydakis. In 2011, he appeared at Gazarte with Nikos Xydakis and in performances at Baumstrasse studio with Panagiotis Tsevas.
