Cecilia Noël is a songwriter, arranger, and performer.
A Peruvian native, she moved to New York City in 1980 at the invitation of the late Stan Getz, where she lived and studied music and dance for 10 years, sang and performed at the prestigious Rainbow Room in Manhattan, worked as a session singer, and recorded two albums with Salsa star Willie Colón (Tiempo Pa’ Matar and Criollo).
