Ortiz made her debut on night 4 of the ROH/NJPW War of the Worlds 2017 tour where she teamed-up with Sumi Sakai to defeat Jessie Brooks and Tasha Steelz in a dark match. At ROH NYC Excellence, she teamed-up with Riley Shepard where they lost to Sakai and Stella Grey.
Ortiz made her Jersey All Pro Wrestling debut at JAPW Uprising, competing for the vacant JAPW Women's Championship in a fatal four way match against LuFisto, Katred and Penelope Ford, but was unsuccessful in winning the title. Debut May 14, 2017.
