Efgraf Sorokin was born in 1984 in the Moscow region. In 2008 he graduated from the Russian University of Chemical Technology. DI. Mendeleev. For more than 10 years he worked in television and radio (including the famous project “Dancing with the Stars” and in the Russian service of the BBC). In 2011, he began experimenting with genres of music video and video art. In 2012, he shot his first short film - the dark matter thriller, which was shown in 2014 at the Alexander Sokurov Labs Showcase in St. Petersburg. In 2015, he shot his second short film, Business Proposal, based on the story of the famous Russian postmodern writer Vladimir Sorokin.
