Mike Overton is an American filmmaker best known for A Certain Kind of Man (2018) and Heavy Metal (2020). He was born and raised in metropolitan Vermont, where he began making films when he was just eleven years old. He graduated from Chapman University's Dodge College of Film and Media Arts in 2018, where he studied Film Directing and curated his traditionalist style of filmmaking.
